Ben Carmack, PA-C

Ben grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado before attending his undergraduate program at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After graduating, Ben earned his Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University. Ben chose to enter the medical field because he always felt to need to help others and enjoyed solving scientific problems. As a provider, Ben hopes to make an impact by providing compassionate and evidence based care.
