Greater Regional Health donated $20,000 to the Greater Greenfield Community Foundation to assist with disaster relief efforts.
On May 21, 2024 a devastating EF-4 tornado tore through the town of Greenfield, Iowa. The tornado claimed 5 lives and injured many others. Along with the loss of life, many Greenfield community members lost their homes and personal belongings. Many businesses were also damaged or destroyed in the tornado.
Greater Regional Health and its employees donated $20,000 to the Greater Greenfield Community Foundation to assist with the cleanup and rebuilding efforts. Greater Regional employees began a fund drive collecting donations and have actively volunteered to assist with disaster recovery.
